Beuchat NZ Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: December 17, 2024
Thank you for shopping with Beuchat NZ! This policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours at sales@pacificbluesports.co.nz with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
1. Returns
- Eligibility Period: You may return items within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are ineligible for return, including:
- Items purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
- Items that have been damaged, including wetsuits that have been damaged from trying the wetsuit on.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
- Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at sales@pacificbluesports.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: Our team will confirm the details to return the item.
- Ship the Item: Securely package the item, including all original packaging and accessories, and clearly mark the original order number on the outside of the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

Beuchat NZ reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
